Delivery charges

UK: free delivery on every order.

Worldwide: £20 per item.

Processing times

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 working days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays are processed on the next working day.

Delivery times

UK: usually 2 to 5 working days after dispatch.

Worldwide: usually 3 to 7 days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during busy periods.

Customs, duties and taxes

Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or delivery charge.

Order tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we'll email you tracking information where available.

Please check your delivery details carefully at checkout. We can't be held responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by an incorrect address.

Packaging

Every item is carefully packed before dispatch so it arrives in good condition.

Lost or damaged parcels
